What to Expect in Our IOP
Participants typically attend 3–5 sessions per week, combining:
- Group therapy focused on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and goal setting.
- Individual counseling tailored to personal recovery goals.
- Peer recovery support with specialists who bring lived experience to the process.
- Recovery planning and case management to support progress outside of sessions.
We offer both daytime and evening options, with in-person and virtual formats available to meet your needs.

Who Is IOP For?
IOP may be right for you if you:
- Have recently completed inpatient or residential treatment and need step-down support
- Are struggling with addiction or mental health symptoms but can safely live at home
- Need structure and accountability to maintain recovery while managing daily responsibilities
- Want to continue treatment without interrupting work, school, or caregiving obligations
No matter where you are in your journey, we’ll help you find the right level of care.
Our Approach
Our IOP is rooted in trauma-informed, person-centered care. We focus on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, by integrating clinical therapy with peer support, recovery education, and real-life skills. Every treatment plan is customized and evolves with your progress.
We believe recovery is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why we meet you where you are with compassion, structure, and support you can count on.
